aTime Tool is a very simple yet very useful application , and it lets you activate/de-activate your Airplane mode, WIFI, Bluetooth, 3G, Enable, SSH, and Location Services based on a timer that you set.

You can also Switch off your iPhone/iTouch by setting the timer. The interface is quite simple, all you need to set the timers for each service individually, that you want to ON/OFF. Once the timer has been set for a specific service, you get  the option to repeat it just like when you set an alarm on your iPhone. For ex: say you want your WIFI to turn on from 9:30am -12:30pm every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri. You can also set up multiple timers for the same service, that will work on different time stamps, You could create two timers to do that or, you can just create one timer that does not repeat.

This app is very handy it does what it says, but you have to be careful when setting up the timers, if your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth  are always enabled, you will have to put the off time before the on time.

By scheduling these services, you can also save a lot of battery, when you know that you are not going to use them for that specific time.  I didn’t find any problems while using this app, Overall this a great utility.

a-TimeTool supports both 2.xx and 3.xx firmwares and also it supports iPodTouch, though services like 3G, Edge will not work in it. aTimeTool is available in Cydia under iSpazio repo for $5.99 also comes with 3 days trial, I think it is over priced, but again it depends on you, its a useful utility !!!
